Shipping Policy
For orders placed in India, we ship orders usually within 7 to 10 business days from the day the order is placed. Certain products that are handmade or made-to-order might take a little longer to be shipped. We will try our best to keep you updated about any changes in the delivery schedule.
For deliveries outside India, there is a separate shipping cost. Several countries have tax free exemption values for overseas purchases up to a certain limit. Customs duties and local taxes vary as per country and have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of delivery. In case of an international order, if a customer refuses to pay the import duty or taxes as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his /her order from the shipping agency, then the shipping cost as well as return cost to India would be adjusted against the purchase amount received and only the balance left if any, would be transferred in the form of a credit note. This credit note is valid for use for purchase on our website only.
At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. We cannot control nor be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. At such times, we will work with you to find a resolution.
We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot be liable or held responsible if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address. Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.
