Refund Policy
Rarely do we get returns from our customers, for they understand that the beauty of handcrafted products lies in the little imperfections here and there. Please be mindful before placing the final order as cancelling the order after placing it would not be possible. Though, if you ever wish to return our product, please follow the below steps.
In case you find any form of damage in the product, or you face any problem with the sizes, kindly email us at info@silvisthefashionhouse.com stating clearly the issue in full detail, along with a picture, within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will either send a replacement of the product to you or refund the cost of the product in the form of a credit note. This credit note is valid for use while shopping online on the Silvi’s The Fashion House website only.
Products purchased from our physical stores, exhibitions, or on sale do not qualify for an exchange or refund online.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@silvisthefashionhouse.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Replacement courier will be sent on receipt of return courier. This might take anywhere from 8-12 days.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items might not be eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Sale: Items purchased on sale will not be eligible for any return or exchange of any kind.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
